1. Formalisation of the contract and product delivery
1.1 When you place an order for products on www.baleabox.com you are purchasing these from Balea Box, SLU, which has its registered office at Paseo Aiete, 60 – San Sebastián, Spain.
1.2 When you click “Confirm Order” you are placing a binding order for the items in your basket. Once your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. The binding contract is formalised the moment you receive order confirmation from us. Please bear in mind that orders made via bank transfer will be sent as soon as we receive full payment of the purchase price, in addition to any delivery costs. Therefore, we ask that you transfer the purchase amount immediately after receiving order confirmation and, in any case, within the next five days.
1.3 Deliveries are made in the United Kingdom only..
2. Delivery costs and fees
2.1 The prices set for products on the date on which the order is placed will apply. The set prices include valued added tax (VAT) in United Kingdom at the applicable legal rate. The product will continue to be our property until full payment of the purchase price is made.
2.2 Delivery is free for destinations in United kingdom . In any case, this will be specified in the Order Summary.
3. Discount vouchers and how to redeem them
3.1 Discount vouchers cannot be purchased but they are issued during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
3.2 Discount vouchers can only be redeemed once in relation to an order and only within the set period.
3.3 The value of the product must be equal to or greater than the value of the discount voucher. The value of discount vouchers will not be paid in cash nor will it accrue interest. Discount vouchers will not be refunded if all or some of the products are returned.
3.4 Discount vouchers may only be redeemed before the order process has been completed. Discount vouchers may not be applied retroactively. Discount vouchers may not be transferred to third parties. Unless stated otherwise, multiple discount vouchers may not be combined.
4. Legal right of withdrawal regarding Balea Box products
When you purchase products from Balea Box, you have the legal right of withdrawal.
Information on how to exercise your right of withdrawal:
You may exercise your right of withdrawal regarding this contract, without the need for justification, within 14 days. The deadline to exercise your right of withdrawal will expire 14 days after you or the third party you indicate (different to the carrier) acquires material possession of the products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (by emailing: email@example.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by issuing an unequivocal statement. To comply with the right of withdrawal deadline, communication related to you exercising your right of withdrawal simply must be sent prior to expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will proceed to refund you any payments you have made, including delivery costs, without undue delay. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to complete the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees as a consequence of the refund. We may retain your refund until we receive the products, or until you have submitted proof the products have been returned, in accordance with whichever condition is fulfilled first.
The products must be returned or delivered within 14 days at the latest counted from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will only need to pay the fees associated with the return shipment. You are only obliged to cover the depreciation in value of the products if the depreciation is the result of poor handling of the goods when examining their condition, properties or function.
5. Legal liability for defects
5.1 Our defect liability for products is governed by the corresponding legal provisions.
To manage a claim, you must send a photograph showing the damage or object that is the subject of the claim.
Claims resulting from blows inflicted during transport must be communicated to us within a maximum of 24 hours.
BALEA BOX will not address claims made outside this time frame.
Any other type of claim will be dealt with in accordance with the Warranty Act in force.
